WHAT WE ARE ALL ABOUT

 

The snowboard programs are centered around not only progressing riding to the next level but also helping your athlete grow as snowboarders with a solid respect for the mountain and a passion for creating good times with those around you.

 

PROGRESSION

The programs are designed to help people progress safely and quickly from a casual rider to someone that turns heads, achieves goals and becomes an ambassador for the sport. We're not only developing riding skills but also helping kids find their place on the mountain and a great crew to ride with on a regular basis.

 

COACHING FROM SOME OF THE BEST

The snowboard coaching team are some of the best in the business and have helped athletes achieve success on regional, national and international levels. 

 

A HISTORY OF SUCCESS

 In 2016 the RSS snowboarders left the end-of-season SSNZ Junior Nationals at Cardrona with 18 medals. It's not uncommon to watch our riders sweep podiums at the Ruapehu Freestyle Series and North Island Primary and Secondary School Championships.

 

We also have lots of riders sit their level 1 and 2 instructor courses and go on to spend winter seasons teaching all over the globe.
