UNIFORM AGREEMENT

Please download the Uniform Agreement to sign and return.

The completed form will be required before issuing a Team Ruapehu Jacket.

Please also fill in the 2019 Uniform Registration Form

The ski jacket must be returned on the last day of the training / coaching program.  

A fee will be charged for non-return, or if the jacket is damaged / badly soiled

The uniform fee is payable directly to RSS and will be invoiced separately from your training fee
